SHIPPING:
We deliver on our own shelved 24’ straight trucks, or 48’ trailers with rolling racks. We ship weekly throughout the Mid-Atlantic March-October. (We will ship, as needed the rest of the year.) Once your order is processed, you will be notified of the day and time of delivery. Our drivers are happy to assist with unloading, but the primary responsibility is on the customer. We ask that you unload in a timely manner to keep shipping cost down for everyone. Excessive unloading time will be billed to customer.
ORDER MINIMUMS:
Below is a list of areas, the dollar amounts, and freight percentages required for delivery. If you do not see your area listed, please call for a quote. If a full truckload is ordered we will try to deliver the day you request. Orders less than a truckload will be held until we can fill a truck.
NOTICE: March 17, 2022With the rising cost of diesel fuel we are adjusting freight charges effective immediately. All freight percentages below will have an increase of 2.5%. We hope this is only a temporary situation. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Pick-Up Orders
The Ivy Farm welcomes customer pick-up orders; however in April and May, only Fridays are available for pick-ups and we will require a 24 hour notice. This will ensure your order will be ready when you arrive. * Please take note that no one is available to help load your plants during the hours of 1 PM to 2 PM *. Cancellations made after the order has been pulled will be subject to a 20% of net restocking fee.
